What's new

We ship new features every month. Here's what we've been building.

October 2026

Product photos: whole-catalogue fixes you can undo, and iPhone HEIC photos

  • Fix Photos can now run on every product matching your search and filters, not just the ones on screen
  • Undo any of your last five Fix Photos runs, even after closing the window
  • iPhone HEIC photos upload as normal and are converted for you
  • The image tools fit a phone screen
October 2026

Online store and register: dark-theme fixes and correct offline prices

  • Your online store's cart, checkout and order-confirmation windows now read correctly on dark themes โ€” no more pale text on a white panel
  • A product variant rings up at its correct price at the register even when the till is offline
  • Photos you upload for rentals, store images and your business logo are now filed in the right place
October 2026

Variant photos on the register and in your online store

  • The register's variant picker shows each colour's photo, so Gray and Light Gray are easy to tell apart โ€” online and offline
  • Shoppers who pick a variant see all of its photos, not just one
  • A product photographed only by colour now shows a photo on its tile instead of a blank
October 2026

Product photos: fix a whole catalogue at once

  • Fix Photos: straighten, trim, brighten, clean up backgrounds and square many products at once โ€” including variant and gallery photos
  • Check Photos lists any photo that needs re-uploading
  • Start an edit again from the original photo, or switch straight back to it
  • Phone photos now upload the right way up, and transparent logos stay transparent
  • Edit an image you linked from another website: it is imported first
October 2026

AI image tools across the back office

  • Fix variant photos without leaving the variant screens: straighten, crop, brighten or clean up the background
  • The same tools now work on bundle images, rental item photos and property listing photos
  • Turn your business logo into a clean, transparent version for receipts and your online store
  • Your original photo is always kept; every edit saves a new copy
October 2026

Product variants: a photo for every colour

  • Give one photo to many variants at once: pick "Gray" and every Gray size gets the Gray photo
  • Set or change a single variant's photo right from the product editor
  • Shoppers see the matching photo online when they choose a variant
October 2026

Product photos: AI image tools

  • Analyse a product photo with AI: it spots a sideways shot, a busy background or a dark picture, and suggests a product name and description
  • One click applies the recommended fixes โ€” rotate, crop to the product, brighten and sharpen
  • Replace the background with white, a colour or transparency; plain backdrops need no extra account, any background with your own remove.bg key
  • Square, centred tiles for your online store and register, and the original photo is always kept
October 2026

Print Shop: screen print, embroidery and getting paid right

  • Price garments by size โ€” enter S to 4XL quantities, with upcharges for larger sizes
  • Screen-print pricing by colours and print locations, including one-time screen fees
  • Embroidery pricing by stitch count
  • Scan a job number at the register to take its balance โ€” the payment is recorded on the job, so it can never be charged twice
  • A job cannot leave the shop unpaid by accident: pickup asks for payment or releases it on account with an invoice for the balance
  • Optionally require a customer-approved proof before anything goes to press, and email customers as their job moves along
  • Work orders now carry a scannable barcode
  • Customers can pay a job balance online from their account, or spend their prepaid print credit on it
  • Pickup, delivery or shipping โ€” including partial handovers with carrier and tracking numbers
  • Sheet work priced by press sheets: pieces per sheet, spoilage overs and ink coverage
  • Job profitability report after material, outsourcing and labour
  • Outsourced jobs raise a vendor bill in Accounts Payable
  • Customer artwork library for faster reorders
  • An online storefront where customers configure, price, upload artwork and order
  • One job, several items โ€” one quote, one invoice, one payment for a mixed order
  • Names & numbers for team kit, and group-order links where each member adds their own name, number and size
  • Blank garment stock by colour and size, with one-click purchase orders for what a job is short
  • Quotes the customer accepts online, with expiry and an automatic reminder
  • Change orders after approval โ€” the customer accepts the new total before anything goes to press
  • Job priority, in-hands dates, customer PO numbers, approver emails and holds
  • Customers can upload artwork from their tracking link; low-resolution files are flagged
  • Embroidery and cutter files, mockups on product photos, and on-site installs
  • Shipping labels through your own EasyPost or Shippo account, with carrier tracking links for customers
  • Price grids by quantity break and number of colours, the way screen printers quote โ€” and embroidery priced per 1,000 stitches by quantity
  • Price each print location on its own: a 3-colour front, a 1-colour back, an embroidered left chest, a heat-transfer sleeve
  • Digital and offset work charged per click for 4/0, 4/4, 4/1, 1/0 or 1/1, with booklets imposed on the press sheet
  • Finishes priced per square foot or per linear foot of edge, for lamination, hems and grommets
  • A production station for each machine: scan a job ticket, time it and move it to ready
  • An install calendar by crew, plus the installs still waiting for a date
  • Check blank prices and stock at S&S Activewear from your own account
  • Stitch counts read straight from embroidery files, and spot colours on the work order
September 2026

Projects, and knowing what the work earned

  • Group work into projects for a customer, with tasks, a budget in hours or money, and a default charge rate
  • See at a glance what has been logged, what is billable, what is already invoiced and what is still owed
  • A project holding unbilled hours cannot be archived out of sight โ€” you are told what is outstanding first
  • Four new reports: time entry detail, profitability by customer, project or staff member, team utilisation, and retainer balances
  • Profitability compares what you charge against what the work costs you, so the margin is the real one
September 2026

Bill tracked time to a customer

  • Assign hours from the time clock to a customer and charge them out on an invoice, without re-typing anything
  • The rate you charge is separate from the rate you pay, so your margin on billed work is real rather than assumed
  • Hours already invoiced are locked โ€” they cannot be quietly re-timed, archived or billed a second time
  • Void the invoice and the hours return to the unbilled list, ready to bill again
August 2026

Cash on delivery

  • Take delivery orders that are paid when they arrive, not when they are placed โ€” off by default, and switched on per account
  • Set a maximum order value for cash on delivery, so a large order still has to be paid up front
  • Your driver records what was actually collected; a short collection leaves the order unpaid rather than quietly marking it settled
  • Collected cash reconciles against the order, so the day's takings still balance
August 2026

SP360 Lite โ€” the offline register

  • A complete register for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android that rings up sales with no network at all, then syncs into your account when it reconnects
  • Shifts, cash floats, drops and pickups, tips and close-out reconciliation all work offline and arrive in your reports as ordinary records
  • Serial-number capture on tracked items, park & recall, returns and same-shift voids โ€” all without a connection
  • Modifiers, bundles, customer-group pricing and price lists are applied on the device, priced identically to the server
  • Create and attach customers offline; loyalty accrual queues and posts on sync
  • Licensed per device: pair a till, name it, see when it last checked in, and revoke a lost one to free its seat
  • Desktop tills update themselves from cryptographically signed releases and refuse anything they cannot verify

Security Center โ€” see who is getting into your account

  • A Security Center in your back office showing sign-in activity, session posture and the events worth looking at
  • Alert rules you configure yourself โ€” including location anomalies and sign-ins from VPNs or datacentres
  • Impossible-travel detection: a sign-in from two places too far apart to be the same person is flagged
  • Blocked-IP firewall โ€” deny or allow specific addresses and ranges for your tenant
  • Force-logout-everyone: end every active session across all your staff in one action
  • Two-factor authentication is now enforced by the server, not just hidden in the interface, wherever your policy requires it
August 2026

Customer groups: tax exemption and price lists

  • Mark a customer group tax-exempt โ€” members are not charged tax at the register or on documents
  • Attach a price list to a customer group so wholesale, trade or staff pricing applies automatically
  • Group discounts now actually apply at the point of sale โ€” previously they could be defined but were never charged
  • Group pricing reaches SP360 Lite too, so an offline till charges the same as an online one
August 2026

Help Center and in-app guidance

  • A full product Help Center at help.salespoint360.com, searchable and organised by topic
  • Ask a question in plain English and get an answer drawn from the documentation, with links to the articles it came from
  • Every help button in the back office now links straight to the matching guide
  • Illustrated diagrams on the articles that need them

August 2026

Make the system speak your language

  • Menu Labels โ€” rename any sidebar item for your business, so "Layaway" can read "Pay Later" and the change follows through to the register and page headings
  • A new "Cart & Actions Right" register layout: full product grid on the left, cart and payment buttons in the right panel, no bottom bar
  • A Support role for staff who need to help customers without back-office access โ€” read-only, plus receipt printing and messaging
  • Per-tenant scheduled backups you can turn on and manage yourself
August 2026

Proposals, rentals and vendor bills

  • Proposals show one-time, monthly and annual totals separately in the headline, instead of collapsing them into one number
  • Carry additional contacts, a ship-to address, sections and milestones on a proposal
  • Rental invoices: an auto-send toggle per lease and a reminder cadence you control
  • More vendor types on vendor bills, with distinct badge colours, plus the currency selector that was missing from the bill form
  • Vendor bills default to showing outstanding items only
July 2026

Per-Unit Rental Types

  • Set the rental type on each individual unit โ€” short-term, long-term, or both โ€” instead of only per property
  • Units inherit the property's default unless you override them, so a mixed-use building (say, a long-term upstairs apartment above short-term nightly rooms) is now one property
  • Bookings and leases respect the unit's type โ€” a long-term-only unit can't be booked for a nightly stay, and a short-term-only unit can't be placed on a lease
July 2026

Property Owner Records on Statements & Invoices

  • Full owner-of-record on every property โ€” company/entity name, mailing address, ownership %, a secondary contact, and owner notes
  • Owner payout method and W-9 tax details (SSN/EIN) for owner payouts and 1099s, encrypted at rest and shown masked
  • Invoices can present the owner โ€” a "Managed on behalf of {owner}" block with the owner's remit-to address
  • Rent invoices generated from a lease name the owner automatically
July 2026

Property Integrations โ€” Screening, Rent Reporting, Bank Feeds & Maps

  • Tenant screening โ€” connect your own credit / background / eviction provider (TransUnion SmartMove, Experian, RentSpree, SafeRent, Checkr, Certn, TazWorks, AAOA) and screen applicants from the Applications view
  • Credit-bureau rent reporting โ€” report on-time, paid rent to the bureaus so tenants build credit (Esusu, LevelCredit, RentTrack, RentReporters, Piรฑata, Boom, PayYourRent, TransUnion ShareAble)
  • Bank feeds via Plaid โ€” connect bank accounts for transaction feeds, reconciliation, ACH account verification, and live balances
  • Property lookup with a Google Street View panel beside the satellite map, plus per-property map display settings
  • Bring-your-own or platform-default partner accounts, with step-by-step setup guides and signup links for every provider
July 2026
