Disconnect from Sales Point 360

Revoke a third-party app's access, request data deletion, or close your Sales Point 360 account.

Revoke a connected app

If a third-party app is connected to your Sales Point 360 account and you want to remove its access:

  1. Sign in to your Sales Point 360 admin dashboard
  2. Go to Settings โ†’ Connected Apps (or Settings โ†’ API Keys for direct API integrations)
  3. Find the app or key you want to revoke
  4. Click Revoke or Delete

Revocation takes effect immediately. The third-party app will no longer be able to read or write data in your account.

Delete your Sales Point 360 account

If you want to close your account entirely and have your data permanently deleted:

  1. Sign in to your admin dashboard
  2. Go to Settings โ†’ Account โ†’ Close Account
  3. Export any data you want to keep (we offer CSV and JSON exports of every part of your account)
  4. Confirm closure

After closure:

  • Your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind
  • After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our production systems
  • Encrypted backups are purged within 90 days
  • Records we are legally required to retain (tax, accounting, fraud prevention) are kept per applicable law

Can't sign in? Request deletion by email

If you can't access your account, email us and we'll process your request manually:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your business name (as it appears on the account)
  • Whether you want to (a) revoke a specific app, (b) delete all data, or (c) close the entire account
  • If applicable, the name of the third-party app you connected

We'll verify your identity, process the request within 10 business days, and email confirmation when complete.

  • Access a copy of your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase ("right to be forgotten") your data
  • Restrict processing
  • Port your data to another service in a machine-readable format
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time
