Getting Started

Visit salespoint360.com/register and follow the three-step process:

  1. Business Details — Enter your business name, contact info, and create a password.
  2. Select a Plan — Choose Free to get started, or a paid plan for more features.
  3. Payment (paid plans only) — Enter your card details. Your account is created after payment succeeds.

You'll receive a welcome email with your login URL and credentials.

Go to yourstore.salespoint360.com/admin/ (replace "yourstore" with your business slug) and sign in with your email and password. You can also access the POS at yourstore.salespoint360.com/pos.php.

A default store is created automatically when you register. To add more stores or registers:

  1. Go to Admin Dashboard > Stores
  2. Click Add Store and fill in the details
  3. Open the store and click Add Register

Each register can be used by one cashier at a time via the POS screen.

Yes. Go to Admin > Products and click the Import button. You can upload a CSV file with columns for name, SKU, barcode, price, cost price, category, stock quantity, and more. A template CSV is available for download.

POS & Sales

  1. Open the POS and select your store/register
  2. Start or resume a shift
  3. Add products by clicking, searching, or scanning a barcode
  4. Adjust quantities as needed
  5. Click Pay and select payment method (cash, card, split, etc.)
  6. Complete the transaction and print or email the receipt

Go to Admin > Sales, find the original sale, and click Refund. You can refund the full amount or individual line items. Refunds require the sales.refund permission.

Yes. While in the POS with items in the cart, click the Hold button. The ticket is saved to the register. To resume, click Held Tickets and select the ticket to continue the transaction.

At the POS you can take cash, credit/debit cards, split payments, gift cards, store credit, loyalty-point redemption, customer tabs, and layaway — multiple methods on a single transaction.

For card processing, each tenant connects their own gateway. We currently integrate with Stripe, PayPal, Square, WiPay, First Atlantic Commerce (FAC), Paystack, Flutterwave, Razorpay, Mollie, and Authorize.Net. Configure any of them from Admin > Settings > Payment Methods.

When you open the POS and select a register, you'll be prompted to start a shift with an opening cash amount. At the end of your shift, click Close Shift to enter the closing count. The system calculates expected vs. actual totals for cash reconciliation.

Products & Inventory

Go to Admin > Products > Add Product. Fill in the name, price, category, and optional fields like SKU, barcode, image, tax rate, and inventory settings. Click Save.

Variants let you offer different options for a product (e.g., Size: Small/Medium/Large). Each variant can have its own SKU, barcode, price adjustment, and stock level. Add variants from the product edit form under the Variants section.

Yes. In the product edit form, scroll to Store Availability. Check the stores where this product is sold, and optionally enter a different Price and Cost for each store. Leave the fields blank to use the base product price.

Enable Track Inventory on a product to monitor stock levels. Stock is automatically decremented when a sale is completed and restored on refunds. Set a Low Stock Threshold to get alerts when stock is running low.

Pack Pricing lets you offer quantity-based discounts. For example, set "6-pack for $20" on a product that normally costs $4 each. When a customer buys 6, the discount is applied automatically at the POS. Set up pack pricing rules from Admin > Pack Pricing.

No setup fees, ever. Create your account, add your products, and start selling — it takes about 2 minutes. All plans include self-service onboarding. Enterprise customers get a dedicated onboarding specialist at no extra charge.

Your data is kept for 30 days after cancellation so you can reactivate anytime. You can also export all your data (products, customers, sales, invoices) as CSV files before canceling. We never hold your data hostage.

Yes. You can import products via CSV, and our API supports bulk data migration. Many customers switch from Square, Toast, or Clover and are up and running the same day. See our comparison page for details.

Team & Permissions

Go to Admin > Users > Add User. Enter their name, email, password, and assign a role (Admin, Manager, Cashier, Supervisor, etc.). They'll be able to log in with their credentials.

Each user is assigned a role that controls what they can see and do. System roles (Admin, Manager, Cashier, etc.) come preconfigured. You can also create custom roles from Admin > Roles & Permissions with granular control over each feature. Only modules included in your plan are shown.

PIN login lets POS users sign in with a 4-6 digit PIN instead of email/password — ideal for fast cashier switches. Set a PIN for any user in Admin > Users > Edit User.

Go to your profile settings and enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) and enter the verification code. 2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account.

Integrations

Go to Admin > Settings > Payment Methods. Enter your API keys for any of the supported gateways: Stripe, PayPal, Square, WiPay, First Atlantic Commerce (FAC), Paystack, Flutterwave, Razorpay, Mollie, and Authorize.Net. Each tenant configures their own gateway(s) independently, and you can enable more than one at a time — customers will see all enabled options at checkout.

Yes. Sales Point 360 provides a RESTful API covering products, sales, customers, inventory, online orders, appointments, invoices, loyalty, and more. Generate API keys from Admin > API Keys. API access is available on every plan, including the Free tier — rate limits scale with your plan.

Yes. Go to Admin > Webhooks to configure HTTP callbacks for events like sales completed, refunds, inventory changes, customer updates, online orders, and appointment changes. Webhook subscriptions are available on every plan.
